Is sometimes awkward and quite shy around people, especially when she's around those she has [romantic] feelings for.
Despite their history and the end result, Rebecca admires Wesker for his authoritative demeanor and his biochemistry work and knowledge. His ability to create viruses fascinates her, and she finds it reassuring to know that someone shares a similar intelligence level and has some of the same interests, even if they are used for opposite purposes.
Is addicted to coffee and can't live without her caramel macchiato with chocolate chips and whipped cream on top.
She also adds honey to her drink occasionally when scolded about how unhealthy her drink is.
Has a terrible sweet tooth, which doesn't help her coffee addiction...
She has a shallow bowl of assorted candies on her desk; most of the candies help her stay awake when needed. She almost always has a candy in her mouth to suck on.
Has developed chronic insomnia, which was a result of both PTSD (nightmares) and staying up very late at the lab [working].
Sometimes has workaholic tendencies. It's situational and usually happens when there's an outbreak, and she's trying to develop a cure for the active virus.
Will never admit that she's desperate for validation and reassurance. She's deeply afraid of feeling weak and of those around her seeing her as childish. (A slight symptom of her PTSD)
Yes, she does have PTSD. From the times in the Arklay Mountains and watching those she knew and cared about dying, to when Glenn Arias kidnapped her and injected the A-Virus into her. It doesn't affect her as often and as much as it used to, but she does have her moments.
( I left out Death Island on purpose because the incident at Alcatraz doesn't affect her as much as the others . )
Eyesight-wise, she is farsighted. (meaning she can see clearly at a distance, but her vision is blurry up close) She didn't have sight issues when she was younger, but due to looking at screens often, her eyesight has gotten worse. She also HATES wearing her glasses and barely lets anyone see her wearing them. Aaron was one of the first to ever see her wearing them during their time at the Alexander Institute and before the incident with Glenn Arias. She was bullied in high school and college and was often called a " nerd ". Despite knowing she is one, she hates being called it and thinks that the glasses make things worse and that she'll relive the bullying if caught...
HATES wearing heels. It doesn't matter if they're short or high; she will avoid wearing them at all costs. She's only worn them once or twice, and that was for her graduation. She doesn't know how to walk in them and doesn't like not feeling the ground beneath her feet. She's not opposed to learning how to walk in them, though, and it would have to be under specific circumstances. Boots , sneakers / runners , or flats are her go-to shoe-wear .

Albert Wesker

Rebecca and Wesker DO have a complicated and strained relationship based on their experience working with the R.P.D. at S.T.A.R.S. and his betrayal. Still, she never
' lost interest ' in him and is actively trying to rekindle some type of relationship with him.
 

Chris Redfield

The two have been close since their days in S.T.A.R.S., and they, unfortunately, often rescue each other from dire situations. With as many years as they've worked together, Rebecca has developed romantic feelings for him. It's just a matter of time before she reveals the truth of how she feels .

Leon Scott Kennedy

Although it took years for them to finally meet, it seems the two have mutual respect. Like Chris, she has developed romantic feelings for him; and it's only a matter of time before she reveals the truth of how she feels toward him as well.
 

Jill Valentine

Even though they went through the experiences with S.T.A.R.S. ' together ', they went their separate ways shortly after the Mansion Incident. Like Leon, it seems the two have mutual respect. Rebecca only sees her as a friend, and is trying to ' catch up ' with Jill since the Alcatraz Outbreak.

Claire Redfield

Like her friendships with Jill and Leon, it seems the two have mutual respect. Even though they are not as close, Rebecca also only sees her as a friend and is also trying to ' catch up ' with Claire since the Alcatraz Outbreak.
 
 
 

Billy Coen

Back in 1998, having both survived the Ecliptic Express Incident, the two grew moderately close. Unfortunately , after the two parted ways and declaring him dead, the two never saw each other again. Rebecca still thinks about him frequently, wondering if he is okay, where he is, etc. She has a hard time talking about him to anyone for an unknown reason. She misses him.

Zeno

Although Rebecca has never met Zeno personally, she is aware of his existence through her friend, Leon. Through what the BSAA and Leon provided, she learned quite a bit about him, and when she learned that Zeno was similar to Wesker, she decided to do extensive research on him, which led her to also develop feelings for him. She does, however, feel a bit strained because of his striking resemblance to Albert. She does hope that one day she and Zeno will cross paths. Until then, she will continue gathering information on him.

Glenn Arias

In her eyes, their ' relationship ' is incredibly strained because of him and their not-so-pleasant experience in New York City. Even though she does not necessarily forgive him for what he has done, she feels sympathetic toward him— understanding that losing a loved one is never easy. Rebecca is one to give second chances and is not opposed to giving Glenn a second chance to ' redeem ' himself. She does find him attractive, but not to the extent that she does for Albert, Chris, Leon, or Zeno.
 

Enrico Marini

Enrico was Rebecca's team leader and the Vice-Captain of S.T.A.R.S. The two used to have a moderately strong work friendship and had mutual respect despite her lying to him about Billy Coen. Until she was informed of his death several years later, Rebecca always wondered what happened to her leader after the Mansion Incident. She does miss him and visits his grave from time to time whenever she can, bringing flowers to rest on his headstone every time.
 

Richard Aiken

The two had a close work friendship as he was her supporter and ' mentor ' when she was recruited to S.T.A.R.S. in June 1998. The two had stronger mutual respect compared to the other teammates, and often comforted each other. Like Enrico, she visits his grave from time to time whenever she can with his girlfriend, Bridgette. She also brings his favorite type of flowers, which she learned from Bridgette. Sadly, the two don't talk anymore.
